Tattoo Age Policy
At [Your Tattoo Shop Name], we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients. Our age policy is designed to ensure a responsible and legal tattooing process. Please read the following guidelines:
1. Minimum Age Requirement
-
18 Years and Older: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo without parental consent. A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) will be required to verify age.
2. Parental Consent for Minors
-
Under 18: We do not tattoo clients under the age of 16, regardless of parental consent.
3. ID Verification
-
All clients must provide valid identification that clearly shows their date of birth. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not presented.
4. Consultation
-
We encourage all clients, regardless of age, to schedule a consultation prior to their appointment. This allows for discussion about design, placement, and any questions or concerns.
